Hello, I’m Jake.

I’m a UX/UI Designer and Junior Product Manager with 7+ years of experience turning messy problems into clean, intuitive digital products. I’ve spent most of my career in fast-paced startups, which means I’ve been hands-on with everything — discovery, user flows, prototyping, design systems, delivery, and the constant iteration that follows.
 

I love taking complex workflows and simplifying them so people don’t have to think; they can just use. My decisions are grounded in user behaviour and data, but I’m equally driven by craft and creating experiences that feel enjoyable and effortless.
 

When I’m not designing, you’ll find me travelling, lifting weights, doing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, or playing football. Staying active keeps me creative, and that balance feeds straight back into my work.
 

I’m big on continually improving my skillset and staying ahead of how the industry evolves. Right now, I’m deepening my knowledge in product management — from discovery and prioritisation to roadmapping and delivery — while also integrating AI tools into my workflow to design faster, explore more ideas, and work more efficiently. My goal is to bridge design and product even more effectively.​
