Maison Augustin — Real Estate Lead Generation Website

Designing and launching a premium lead-generation website for an independent real estate consultant specialising in Dubai off-plan investments.

Context & Opportunity

The client required a premium online presence to support investor enquiries for Dubai off-plan property opportunities. Speed to launch was critical, but the website still needed to communicate trust, credibility, and alignment with a high-end investment audience that values clarity and professionalism.

Rather than building a fully bespoke site, the opportunity was to use a Framer template as a foundation and refine it into a focused lead-generation experience.

Template Constraints

The starting template offered a strong visual baseline but was designed to be broad and generic. It relied on rotating hero imagery and passive contact patterns, with no clear primary action or defined journey from landing page to enquiry. The challenge was to retain the premium aesthetic while introducing clearer positioning and a more intentional conversion flow.

Key Design & UX Decisions

I replaced the rotating hero images with a single high-end video to immediately establish location, tone, and credibility. A primary “Book a Consultation” call-to-action was introduced and reinforced across the site to guide users toward a single, high-intent action.

The reservations page was repurposed into a dedicated consultation booking form to capture and qualify enquiries with minimal friction. Supporting pages were refined to strengthen hierarchy, reduce distractions, and maintain a consistent luxury feel.

A simple logo was also designed to support the site’s premium positioning.

Outcome

The website is in its final pre-launch state and will be used as a lead-generation tool for off-plan property investments. The structure provides a clear enquiry journey from first visit to consultation booking, while remaining modular and easy for the client to update as listings and opportunities change.

Impact & Learnings

This project reinforced that hierarchy, messaging, and flow often have a greater impact than heavy bespoke visual design. Using Framer as a base enabled fast delivery under real-world constraints, while still allowing meaningful design judgement where it mattered most — particularly around conversion clarity and user intent.
